An Overview
I am a Software Developer & Designer specializing in designing and building web applications with Laravel, Vue.js, and TailwindCSS.
I have gone through multiple learning phases from Bloc.io's Full Stack Development Track, to Lynda.com's IOS Development Courses, to Railscasts, to Laracasts, and pretty much everything in-between. All that time was also spent developing side projects and full-scale applications that are still in use today.
What I Can Do
I have experience working with PHP and Laravel in-depth for Back-end Development and some knowledge of DevOps, MySQL databases, Queue Management, and Redis Key-value stores.
I have also built several monolithic web based applications using Laravel APIs with Vue.js SPA Frontends with real-time feedback and advanced front-end caching.
I also have spent quite a bit of time working with other commercial APIs, including Youtube, Quickbooks, Slack, Stripe, Shippo, and Mailgun.
Education
I am completely self-taught, spending most of my downtime learning on Laracasts.com, Lynda.com, Youtube and Adam Wathan's video courses. I also went through the Web Development Track on Bloc.io
I love learning new things and spend most of my free time developing my skills with different languages and web frameworks.
Development Experiance
As far as my experience is concerned, I do not have very much experience working in an agency environment. I have been working for a family business for most of my development career, with a few freelance projects sprinkled in-between.
